What if I need a rush order?
If you need your wedding favors and accessories in a RUSH please indicate the "date" of your special occasion and type "RUSH" in the special instructions box as you check out.
Can you ship overnight or 2 day service?
If you need shipping rates for overnight or 2 day shipping, you can request them in the special instructions box as you check out. But, just remember we will have to weigh the packages, check your zip code and then email you the rates which are very expensive as compared to regular ground shipping.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your wedding favors or any other item, just return what you don't want for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Original condition, packaging and receipt please. Of course, items that have been personalized, closeouts or food items can not be returned.
If you can't locate your receipt, no problem, but please provide us with name, address, and credit card # used, so that we can quickly credit your account. Always use a reputable carrier and also pay to have your package insured against damage or loss. Returns after 10 days are not a problem. They will however be subject to a 25% restocking fee. How long does it take for you to respond to my email?
